Patriotic to the extreme... - Independence Day Reviews

While leaving the theater, I caught myself throwing my fist in the air, saying, "Alright, we're #1". Even though it wasn't specifically about the United States I got caught feeling very patriotic for the entire human race. The special effects were awesome, it looked so real, and I wondered if maybe there might be alien ships that look like that out there somewhere. The direction of film was very good and believable, this very well could happen to us someday. All of the actors did a wonderful, job but this wasn't there best, they've had better Oscar-worthy roles. It still gets an "A" in my book
